If an emergency arises, your pet will be seen immediately for examination
, assessment, and treatment. Please call ahead if possible so
we can be prepared for your arrival.
Emergencies occurring after regular business hours, please call 329-8987 first and you will be given directions on how you can speak with the veterinarian on call who will advise you on what to do.
Uplands Pet Hospital offers overnight, direct
observation, continuous care and monitoring of hospitalized patients on most Friday, Saturday, and Sundays. In other words, a veterinarian, and/or a trained veterinary assistant will be observing, monitoring, and caring for hospitalized pets 24 hours a day when this emergency service is in effect.
Other pet clinics may refer their clients to the Uplands Pet Hospital on the days when emergency service is in effect. Clients that are referred to Uplands Pet Hospital for after hour urgency or emergency service will be referred back to their regular veterinarian on the following business day.
